Crisis Assistance Ministry

CAM works with people facing emergency situations related to the basic life support needs of food, shelter, heat, and medicine. They offer a food pantry, financial assistance, (rent, utilities, fuel, oil, medicine), furniture/appliances, school supplies, referrals, and collaboration with other agencies.

Southminster supports CAM by helping to stock their food pantry during the months of August and September. Collection boxes are located in the narthexes during this time.  We also collect school supplies for children of all ages in August.  Donations of furniture and appliances can be taken to CAM at any time.
